My Wish

Today,

my day,

this sad day.

The sky: blue 

clouds,

plenty

My tree sits there

withered

fatigued 

Lonely

so am i

we are alike

i wish for...

the clouds to 

disappear

and dissipate

My tree 

to GROW

bearing yellow 

come day,

come night,

a Bright shining star!

I wish again.

Not a cloud in sight!

though my tree,

unchanged.
