Some info Who: Kirara (Kilala for the dub fans) From: Inuyasha- Yes, I've read a lot of that manga. How: I drew it in paper, scanned it and inked it with a mouse. The coloring wa done with a mouse as well- so YES, you can create amazing things without a tablet. The grass is a Photoshop brush with a dark green and yellow green paint on a different layer. It was a little tricky because I'm not good at fur and Kirara's proportions are kinda odd, but the whole thing took me a few hours. You guys and gals can do this. Believe me.
