It all begins with this
it is small and simple
as most would say
but more is behind this story
this is toxic
if you dare to take a bite
it will swallow you in darkness
it spreads from east to west
it whispers through the wind
and falls with the rain
which runs with the river
it will taint you if you dare to
take a drink
Swirling through your chest
It will twirl and dance through
the forest and chase you
the fire may burn
but it's touch is much hotter
as far as you run
and who ever you grasp for
it will fly as a dark cloud over
you and for your sake
