It depends on the type. There is the kind that walks upright and looks partially like a human. They don't have a tail. The more dangerous kind goes totally wolf. You can't tell them apart from a real wolf and they have a tail.

There is several ways to become a werewolf. I know these sound stupid, but, here goes:

1. Sleep under the full moon

2. Drink rainwater from a wolf's pawprint

3. Offer your soul to the devil in exchange for a wolf coat

4. Get bitten by a werewolf (You have to survive this)

5. Drink from a river that at least 3 wolves have drinken from
