Fall Like Rain

If no one cares, if no one dares

To touch what they should know is true

Then their loss is yours as well

For if love is like pain

Then the sky will fall like rain

The sky is lit by your flame

A beautiful sight that none can tame

But if it's all the same;

To you, you know you live in shame

You have sought a dove

But all they gave you

Was a heartbreak; you know it's true

If victory is freedom, then I belong in a cage

For I cannot control all of this rage

Ley me feel this, for there's nothing to tame

So let me feel this pain

For today

I must go away
