Honestly in my opinion I don't think a BG is something to make a big deal over. She/He just saw it on the internet and really liked.

No offence but you're not to curse o nthis site.

THis is only my opinion but she/he can use whatever background they want as long as it wasn't made by you. If the background on your profile is one you found on the internet, then that person can use it if tey want because it's not yours.

But maybe you shouldd send am essage to Fiery_Nightmare (staff) and ask her opinion if you don't agree with mine.
