I'm sorry, but the link doesn't work, but we can still access it. All we can do is just copy the link and paste it to the new window for the Internet or Mozilla Firefox, ect. But if you want to make the link work, then all you do is select a word you want to make for the link, and go on to the new window. On the comment box, click on the symbol Insert/edit link, and then paste the link to the top box of the Insert/edit link. Hope this helps.
