For some people, it is excruciatingly annoying when people post things saying ''Add me''. From my perspective, they just sound despirate and uninteresting. If people want to add you, they will because you're a good artist or your profile seems interesting. If someone adds you because you came off as desperate then that (in my view) is rather sad.  Feel free to disagree. I like a good arguement.
