It should be noted that it appears that the Priestess' powers are passed from parent to child; at the end of the movie, the Priestess asks Naruto to help her in making certain the blood line stays extant - while oblivious himself, the reactions of Lee, Sakura and Kakashi make it plain that they are aware of exactly what she is asking; that Naruto becomes the father of her child.
