Got the idea of trying this out from the last topic...

ok, my idea is set in Medieval Japan. Its about The samurai at that time and what basically happens is a man named Jiro, a ronin, discovers a cave which inside contains a legendary sword, said to have the power to wipe out whole castles and towns with its power, and when the other samurai hear about this, ronin, Daimyo or even the emperor and his men, they are all after him in an attempt to defeat him and claim the sword as their own. The sword shall be known as Kaze Fenikkusu, meaning wind phoenix. It has the power to slice through almost anything, and in his attempt to escape the surrounding enemy armies, he will have to use the sword time and time again, both to slash through objects obstructing his escape route, and to defeat the strongest of those who oppose him.            &nb sp;   

I figured that if my idea were to become a series there would be one point where it got a little science fictiony and that at the end there would be a gigantic robot made of the same metals as the sword and that his last option, (after the Kaze Fenikkusu was stolen from him,) would be to revert back to his original katana, only to find that he himself would be capable of overpowering the sword which used to be the source of his old strength.

woo, Pretty cool story. Tho the sword would make Jiro look like the badguy in this manga it still could have a awesome story line. If you ever get it started let me know :)
