Hey guys it that time again when all the artsy people break out the carving tools and go to town carving pumpkins. This is really fun But Im getting bored of carving a ghost here and a wolf there. Is there anyone out there who knows How to Create Your Own Pumpkin Stencil? I want to carve one of my drawings into one so please, if there is anyone who knows how please let me know.

well, what I do is I draw what I want, not too detailed though because the pumpkin will fall apartXD then, I tape it to the pumpkin where I want it and take a pushpin and poke holes at a low interval all around the outline of the drawing, then untape the paper and you will have a series of holes in your pumpkin. then looking at the drawing you should be able to carve it or make that cool glow effect...... it wont work if your drawing is too detailed though. Hope it helps!!

f you paint your drawing on it ,it will last longer but i do no how to make a stencil!

Okay thanks xD I found a way to make a drawing into one with Gimp. ITs pretty cool. I need a printer now xD

take a very strong piece of paper cut it out the shape lets just say i wanted to make kirby i would cut out kirby on the piece of paper then carve
