Click on "my account" and scroll down to where it has your friends, then look at the bottom right of that box and it will say "View all friends", click o nthat and from there you'll be able to choose how many of your top friends you want to be displayed (6 or 12 i think) and you can drag the person/s profile pic to your top friends.
