i cant shade and it is annoying i want to shade a heart to make it look 3d but it just doesnt work
Have you tried air brush with low opacity?

ok. thats easy. i always pretend that the sun is on the left, and then shade in the right side. check out my tutorials. ill post one of a circle and shading later on, ok? i usually just put the color darker than the solid color for shading, or black (with the thinnest brush). i use the airbrush.
