Depends on the person runing it. Same with Europe, Middle East, ect.

I was actually talking about the place as a general country, but i guess your right, also, the educational system sucks, the health care system sucks, and most of the people are arragant ass's,
Heheh. I was there a few weeks ago for a vacation with a few friends of mine. From what I gathered; it's a nice enough place. People asked me for my picture and autograph as if they'd never seen an awesome person before. The guys who work at 'fast food' restaurants are A LOT slower than our services. I mean really ? Half an hour for a Happy Meal ? That didn't make me happy.

It's only slow if you don't go through the drive thru. I think they just serve the lazy people first. I'm sorry about the bad service. :(
I really don't think America sucks compared to the rest of the world. Everyone is just used to living more extravagantly and can't handle getting any less of anything. It just depends on how everyone deals with it.
