how to put on your profile( the background) image i treid and tried but it remains plain

To add a background image on your profile please follow these steps:

Click on  " MY ACCOUNT" >> SETTINGS >> [Design My Profile]

There will be a blank text box with a browse button next to it. :) Also on that page you input the colors you want to have on your page- text colors, highlights and backgrounds.

To make your background visible type TRANSPARENT in the Background Main box.
