- Just draw a picture (Minimum size= 200x200  Maximum=450 x 450)
- Make sure the picture has the word "FC2" in it somewhere.
- Go to http://id.fc2.com/facebook_contest/?lang=en&r=1
- Click on the "Enter" tab.
- Submit your picture.
