Hello.Could some one telll me if there is some tool or smth like that to draw a circle ;o.

  You have to use a pencil or use the bucket to make circles :( there are no shape options but I try to make circles in the sketch layer. Then I draw the circle on my other layer, so I think that's easier. 

Correct, there is no shape tool. Try drawing a + and then use that to draw your circle around on the sketch layer. The + will help make your circle balanced.

You can use ellipse tool to draw a circle. It is on your virtual realization to make it a perfect circle. Try dragging it's side to make it.
