How you become a "Kid Staff" person? I was wondering because some people on here have that title.

Basically you create 3 high-quality tutorials then add your name to the specified forum thread (more info about it there too):

Yep, and after that you go into a waiting period. Sometimes we just aren't currently adding new Kidstaff members, and othertimes we wait because we want to see if the tutorial ratings go down. Some people begged and had their friends rate their tutorials high, so we wait to see if the scores change once a broader section of the community has had time to try them out.

Try to make your tutorials as helpful as possible. Do not draw outlines to show people how to draw things, do it step by step with buildign blocks, guidelines, and shapes that will be erased. This allows people to get a lot more usefulness out of your tutorial since they can apply the knowledge to other things.
