That'd be tough cause everyone has different tastes. My all-time favorite I think, would be The Last Unicorn. It's a movie... but it was a cartoon movie... anyway, I don't remember a lot of cartoons i watched as a young kid, but that one stays in my mind so it must have been good. Though I also liked X-men.
