what is the name of the program wich use in drawing

and a linke for downloading the program....

Um... drawing can be done anywhere. Mostly on paper, though i know a few great artists who draw with a mouse using MSPaint.

Like Fiery_Nightmare said, paper, and MS paint are good ways to go. Also Photoshop is a program that is well known to artists. It's not completly free, but you can get a 30 try out from here
