Hmmm drawing realistic people is a tough thing to do (as you know :p) I guess you just have to keep praticing with it...adding small details as you go, such as wrinkles, veins, etc. I found a tutorial from Google that might help you get started then work from there (Seeing as how I'm not great at drawing realistic or explaning things :P)

Observe people around you, look at photographs, or look at other people's art work. That's the best way to teach yourself how to do something

I recommend getting photo refrence the book I have been using lately can be found here  and graph paper will it make it easier to copy if your a beginner. there is no nudity that book but it's female only. this tutorial  I did was done using that photobook if you need an example.  if you are older or if you parents let you could try posefile series but only volume 6 male and female has guys in it.

Do what I do, take a picture of someone that you think would be a good draw and well start off with the basics, I usually start of by what impacts me the most which is the eyes and then move on from that, Picture which lines whould show up the most and add them, remember to start of by drawing it with pencil. I tend to draw in pure ink all the time. I have a drawing in my gallery called twinz, those are two of my best friends that I drew you can see that if you want. Play around a lot with shadding, shadding is the key to making something look realistic. The simplest detail like that one hair that shoots out from the rest all that is key to making a drawing believable as realistic. the way the lips bend over one another, the way the lines stretch out from the eyes, the wrincles, in some cases the veins for older people.
