which anime has the best drawing?

However, I love the D.N.Angel MANGA. The art is fantastic to the extreme, especially in the later books. 

CLANNAD HAS THE BESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST ANAMATION EVER!

And so does Haruhi suzumia.
