CIRCLE technyech?

I try to draw the head but it never works, im just not good at the head, do u have any techniques to help me draw a head finally?

Cuz now the heads look like an upside down triangle with a crushed snowball on top-those are what the heads look like when i draw them.

For manga, I use the circel method, but usual, I just start sketching.

I'll sometimes try the guidelines, other times i dont include a guideline

Well ,i always try to draw without the circle method ,because i think take long time ,and because need to erase the circle after i done the details , but after start the picture ,is a junk so them i star again with the circle method ,but i want to khow if someone is fast to do that way??? O.O

I got a little problem with vectors, actually with Callisto5 application. Everytime I try for a modyfied circle, it gives me mirror reflected angle and if I change that, the windows crashes.
I'd be grateful for any help with this problem, thanx!
