I agree with you all, my arm is a little too thin, i really did try my hardest with this drawing, Does anyone know who this is anyway??? Well, I am loads better at drawing now, cheak out my newest ones 

Wow, you draw really well! :D I really like the outline, because it's so smooth. This drawing almost looks like a fan drawing.

Well, the eyes is pretty good, but I think you'd kinda need to shade the white part of the eyes, I mean, something that isn't a shine/reflect. It kinda needs to be light h.appy- haha. or pale purplish blue. I agree about the arm, you kinda made it too thin. Once, I've made a very thin arm, but I'm a lot better at it now. The chin needs to be sharper, but not too sharp. It depends about gender or how old they are, I guess. I really like the colors, but you'd probably need to shade them, but don't overshade them, unless if they were in the dark or something. The highlights of her hair is really good! The hand needs to be a little bit bigger, but you know, I can't really draw the hands like that too, so..

By the way, I'd really like this drawing! 5/5!
