The 4th Naruto movie will air in Japan on 4th August 2007 (not 21st April). The subbed version can only be made available online after the DVD for the movie is released, which I think takes a few months. After that, Dattebayo (the group which usually subs Naruto) needs to sub it in English. For example, for the 3rd Naruto movie, it was aired in Japan on 5th August last year and the online subbed version was only available on 27th April this year. So, assuming that the time taken for the DVD to be released and for the English sub to be done is the same for the 4th movie as for the 3rd movie, I think the subbed Naruto movie 4 would only be available for viewing online sometime in April or May next year. You should be able to get it here at Livevideo, an online video site which is quite good Naruto: Shippuden the Movie will be released in theaters (in Japan) on August 4, 2007. Pre-sale tickets have been available since April 21. That means you'll probably have to wait for it to come to DVD for someone to properly subtitle it
