Many people out there uses Photobucket to do that, but I don't.
What I do, is first, you have to have a picture saved in your file. Then, go on to ImageShack. Upload an image by browsing, and then click on the button host it! if it appears on Mozilla Firefox. If you are using Internet Explorer, then the button says start upload! instead. I mostly use Mozilla Firefox, but I use Internet Explorer for some things. Then, copy the code Hotlink for forums (1), and then paste it to your profile settings. You might want to get rid of [URL=http://img526.imageshack.us/i/*something*.png/] and [/URL], because it will appear if you use that. Then, if you're done adding wallpaper, check out your profile, and then make sure if that picture appears.
