Kasane Teto is an UTAU.UTAU are virtual singers.There is Vocaloid wich was the first, before UTAU, singer that was the first to be created, was Hatsune Miku you should check thath out on youtube.
Cool. I haven't heard of that character before but I've heard of Vocaloid since for like, 2 years.
