The story centers around Matt Campbell, who is being treated for cancer on a trial therapy in a remote hospital. Dance Flick was a really funny movie that had me laughing the entire time. But if your one of those people that don't like that sort of retarded humor that has to do with being bleemik, or being black, or sex, then this is probably not the movie for you. But it's pretty much like the "Scary Movie" movies. But its not scary at all. It makes fun of a few movies but not much, the only one I kinda remember is Twighlight.
