I've finally chosen a name for my manga. "Fallen." Incidentally, while I was looking if there were any other manga with the name, and found there's a book called Fallen which has to do with fallen angels and romance. Ah well. I'm also getting started on the title page, which hopefully will be finished in the next couple days, depending on the amount of homework I'll be getting.

So last night I was praying before I went to sleep. I was sorta tired, but my mind was still functioning okay. In the middle of my prayer, a voice in my mind suddenly called my name. I was like, omg what was that? I continued praying, but was less focused and then a different voice was like, "where is she?". Then another one cried help. The last one I heard before I fell asleep was like, "I hate you."

It was so strange. The voices weren't out loud but they were clear in my head. It's kinda creepy actually.

Geez, what's with all the ads on blogs and everything. =_=" I'm not buyingggg gehgehgehgehgeh *foams at mouth*. But seriously, I keep getting comments on my blogs about random salesperson stuff.

Anyways, I sort of-ish finished the first couple pages of my manga, but only one's up on my site, since my camera died before I could upload the second page onto my laptop and edit it. And again I complain about not having a scanner.

I still need to figure out what I'm gonna name it, and make a title page/cover for it too. Omg, only a couple weeks left of school, but still so much work!!! My teachers are giving us so much more work to do in the allotted time we have left. Especially my science teacher. >_<

I need hybrid animal ideas. I'm thinking of making another manga (I have a ton of ideas I'll probably never start/finish). For this one I gotta make up a bunch of hybrid animals. I have two so far:

• Neony: cat, dalmation, fish, butterfly
• Calivar: rabbit, horned lizard, frilled lizard

I wanna make at least ten for now. The animals don't have to be related, but there has to be at least three animals.

Manga Info:

I'm using resurrected and remodelled versions of earlier characters: Xane and Neony. It's about a bunch of hybrid creatures created by a large scientist organization. They planned to make a lot of money by creating a competitive world not unlike Pokemon or whatever. These advanced creatures were given genes from various animals and were chemically enhanced to be able to regenerate cells and heal much faster than normal. Their bodies were also created to trigger chemical reactions at will resulting in attacks. Their understanding of human speech was also enhanced, though they couldn't speak language. No two animals were alike in genes or personality, and every person with a registered license was given a test to take so that they could match them up with a creature. This is just background info though, the actual story revolves around Xane and Neony, who hate eachother but have to work together because of certain circumstances... I might put up a sample chapter for a better idea.

For P.E we're doing football and field hockey, but we're doing football first. Our teacher separated the girls and boys, so that he could teach the girls the basics. Yesterday I kinda sucked, but I got a handle on the rules and game pretty quickly, surprisingly. I'm normally an extremely slow person.

Art was pretty uneventful, but I was off-topic for a chunk of it. I was randomly sketching when my teacher comes up and asks both me and my friend what we're doing. I told her I was sketching and she instructed me to get to work (well what really happened was a bit different, but I'm too lazy to play it out. This is close enough).

Then a while later, I remembered I didn't finish my good copy for my science lab, and worked on that. Suddenly my teacher's behind me and she like, "Is that for your next class?" And me, being honest and all, say, "Yes." I expected her to get angry or something but she only said, "Oh. Ok." and left. I was like, "Okkayyyy....?"

I'm still paranoid she'll do something like tell my science teacher or put a note of that incident in my report card or something. XD

Yesterday we dissected cow eyeballs in science. :D I was so psyched to do it. Not too many people were really squeamish about the whole thing, and few wore gloves. I even got hungry during the dissection. The eyeballs were from a butcher and he was gonna throw them out anyway, so we may as well put them to scientific use (don't scold me if you're against dissections, at least we're not dissecting frogs).

While we were working on our questions about the dissection, my teacher came and sat at our table. She and one of my lab partners were talking about a ninja joke our teacher told us before the lab. Then somehow the conversation got turned to me and I had to play out the joke- I totally butchered it. XD

This prospect is sorta scary. I'm not too sure how to feel about it, and not too sure whether to believe it. I watched a movie on it a couple of years ago, I think, and it wasn't really worrying at the time, but now... I mean, I'm Christian and all, but believing- would that be the right thing to do? Being worried about it, that's a form of belief. I can't say that I'm sinless, I've done pretty much all of the deadly sins at one time, if not recently. @_@

And if you REALLY wanna know what I'm talking about (yeah, don't blame me if you get freaked out, but then, again, you might already know it), I'm talking about Judgement Day. Where the chosen rise to Heaven and the rest are left to experience hell on earth. Lol, there's so many things I haven't done yet. XD

I'm thinking about holding some drawing contests, but there are already quite a few open. Plus, not too many people enter contests without a lot of prodding. May as well express my contest ideas via blog.

• A contest where you pick something that you a) totally suck at drawing or b) have never drawn before (it doesn't count if you normally draw manga but have never drawn, say Inuyasha before; it's still manga).
• A contest where you draw your favourite song. To elaborate, you pick a song and draw something that connects with it. 
• A contest where you pick your fave manga/anime and draw your own character for it. Alternative would be to draw a character from a fave book; what you think they look like.

But yeah, participants would probably be few, so the contest wouldn't have that competitive feeling to it. I'd really like to execute these contests though.
