Jerry Russo was a fictional character that appeared in the then popular DIsney's production TV show "Wizards of Waverly Place" And here's how we draw him: Step1: Draw the outline of the basics of the potrait with the help of a thick pencil. Step2. Now using a thinner pencil draw the facial features like the eyes, the ears, the nose the facial lines etc. Step3. Once the basics are finished trace the finised product and add the minute details to make it a little more closer to perfect. Step4. Colour time! A greenish background. A tanned skin complexion, with a darker overhead shade to give the depth, along with a yellowish tinge to the teeth to make it more authentic. Step5. Using a light shade of brown with hair to bring the shine effect to the hair, a little grey tone colour near the chin to give the effect of a light beard. And at last a dashing blue shirt. And We're done :D
