1. Draw the cross - horizontal line is in half possition of vertical line and vice versa the same, both of them must be of the same size.
2. Draw the main circle - crosslines are the diameters of a circle, cross and circle have the same middlepoint.
3. Draw two circles of a half size of the main circle - first to the upper (or left) half part and second to the lower (or right) half part, vertical (or horizontal) crossline is their axis of symmetry.
4. Draw a horizontal lines through the smaller circles middlepoints - it will divide the diameter of the main circle to quarters.
5. Draw the smallest circles - diameter of these circles is quarter size of the main circle, quarter circles and half circles have the same middlepoints.
6. Colour the symbol in.
Note: The size of the smallest circles could be even of the one-eighth size of the main circle.
