 I made it based mainly off of this pictureHowever, it IS a real pokemon. It's the only plain electric type  group with levitate (the "group" is it and it's two pre stages)

Nope. Don't have any. Tepig (Pokabu) seems like a really good begginer for white, Ottowa (Mijumaru) doesn't seem like a smart idea against a electric dragon type (Zekrom).

About fighting with electric type, I try to catch wild pokemon. Like the old time( I caught shnix). But who know that after that Luxray is my best pokemon
