Well, I always had a problem with this :P. I think it was about quarter past one a.m then :). In Poland we have more options, bc we use 12-hours system and 24 too ;). So i go wathing out this portal and eat something for breakfast bc I've just waked up (on one o'clock p.m!!!) .

well if its late for you and its 1:16 wouldnt it be in the morning? 1:16 am is when its dark out 1:16 pm (night) is afternoon
