Well, your background is cute but it needs a background for that background. There's barely anything on your background though there's only your drawing of a chibi Anime girl.

Your background is a lot better now. ^^ It's just the eyes, there's no whites on it, when you fill with the skin it comes in the eyes of the skin color. So you might want to fix the eyes problem.
