How to draw Belle from Disney's Beauty and the Beast
Speaking of Disney's Beauty and the Beast cartoon, I LOVE the Beauty and the Beast Theme song ... the one sung by Celine Dion for the movie. Anyways this tutorial is on Belle from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Belle's beauty is unrivalled in the world of Disney's Beauty and the Beast. This free thinking book worm has plenty of spunk. She's my favourite Disney Princess, next to Princess Aurora, Jasmine, Ariel and Pocahontas. Of course Cinderella, Snow white and Mulan are totally cool too. Hmm... I think I have all the Disney Princesses up there :). I shall decide about Tiana once I've seen The Princess and the Frog.
Step 1
This is the guideline step. Start with an oval for the face. Belle's head is tilted so the guidelines for the eyes, nose and mouth must be tilted too. Belle also has a guideline across her chest so that it is positioned right. I've placed Belle's elbows and shoulders by drawing small circles for them. Her hands are boxed in. Even her rose is a simple circle and line for the stem.
Step 2
For this drawing I have used a self coloured outline that is a darker shade than the fill colour. This gives the drawing a softer look than a black outline would.
Step 3
Erase the guidelines with white pencil. I've done the colouring with the airbrush tool, which also makes Belle look soft and delicate, like a Princess ;). I've used a light and a dark tone for the shading.
Step 4
The background is an abstract wallpaper design. I couldn't resist the sparkles for our pretty Belle :). Feel free to improvise here.

you are really good... wish i could draw like youn
At your age I couldn't draw so well, but I loved drawing and I practiced a lot on paper. Later I drew on the computer with a digital pen. Now its become part of me...drawing is almost like writing.
