Step 1
To draw Chibi Harry Potter, I began with grey guidelines using the pencil tool. Make a circle for the head and an oval for the body. Put in stick arms and legs and a stick for the broomstick he rides on.

Step 2
Now flesh out the face with the eyes and typical Harry Potter glasses.

Step 3
To color him in,use the airbrush and sketch in highlights for the hair in the end. His scarf is striped and flies behind him.
