Step 1

This is like a tattoo so we use a single color. If you dont like black, you may work in any color you choose.

Draw pale grey guidelines to get the shape of the dragon noe and high cheekbones in a V shape. The horns on the head are drawn outwards like wings.

Step 2

Use black or any other color for the fill. The lines are delicately edged and the eyes with small pupils have a sinister look.
