How to draw anime hair, skin, and eyes

Ok, so I havn't updated in a LONG time, and as you can see I've gotten better! yey. So ok, about the tutorial; it's a bit advanced and I didn't have enough room to make all the steps I'd like to, so I just let the end run through. ^^; Anyways I tried to imitate the dodge tool manually lol. And yes this a MUCH simplified version of my technique, in photoshop you see, almost every step would be on a different layer, but I'm probably boring you with my nerd talk so I'll shut up now.
