Uhm, that doesn't look much like a human. >> The nose is to high leveled with the eye. Eye's ususally don't have blood veins showing unless there was something wrong. XD The tear gland is well...a dot. LOL.

Try to make the eye a little bit more egg like without the sharp corners, and you will be fine.  XD
