Cockateils a small parrots and are very good pets. Usually, the males are brighter colours than the females and wistle more, you can teach them human language. It is rare to have a White cockateil with bits of grey at the tips of their wings.
that is soooooooo good!! i used to have a cockateil, her (his, i named a boy a girl cuz' cockateil males are prettier than cockateil females which is so not right!!! anyway, her name was rosie, cuz' cockateils have rosy cheeks.)
