well, i guess i can say that you should work on it a little

here are some things to work on:

the color you used to 'erase' wasnt white or the color of the background. im not sure how to explain that.

the eyelashes stick out too much, and even if you wanted them to be super big, you should make them thinner.

the eyebrow is the same size, and at one point, it shouldnt be exactly the same size.

i understand the nose may be a little bit hard in the beginning, but if you want to give more of a femanine look, you shouldnt make the nose conntected to the eye. i see you are trying to give more a realistic look rather than a cartoonish look, so my advice is maybe just put two lines for the nostrils?the shading can help detail it more once youve colored.

another good idea is to not always put 100% transparency.

this is all my opinion, so dont take it as if i was making you do this. this doesnt apply for every person you make.
