Step 1 -
Sketch in a large circle with the pencil tool as a guideline for the head. A large curve below for the shoulders. Draw parallel curves to align the 2 large manga eyes, and another for the small nose and one for the mouth. His hair is spiky.
Step 2 - I then drew the details - he's winking, and his mouth is a slender line accentuated at the corners. A dot makes the nose tip. There's an emblem on the chest.
Step 3 -
Now paint in Naruto Tobi's face with a paint bucket tool using transparent shades of pale pink and brown for the shadows. Grey for the hair and dark grey for the cloak.Outline Naruto Tobi in black and he's all set for action!
