Step 1 -
To sketch this figure, draw a circle for the head and box in the chest and body. Draw stick arms and circles for the hands.
Step 2 - Now sketch in the details of the face with his goggles, nose and mouth, his flyaway hairstyle, the gloved hands, the jacket and cravat.
Step 3 - To paint in Vash the Stampede, use a pale pink for his skin tones and paint the clothes a bright solid red. The gloves put in with grey and black. His hair is blonde.

that person is off on a couple of things,
for one he was wearing to many rings and 2 his coat dosent hafe that weird shitr thing going on wwith the torso, itis all one peice they also missed the small mole under his left eye the hair was a tad to short and the gun did NOT have a brown holsetr

and his earing was silver not gold, thay scrooed that up as well
