Tsunade, an amazingly established kunoichi and fifth Hokage of Konoha, and one of the legendary Sannin. She just doesn't get the respect she deserves from Naruto, though.
If you watch all the Shippuden new episodes Naruto doesnt get the respect he deserves from her. He saved the whole village and is 20million times stronger than her. Well almost because he hasnt controlled the powers in the episode but has in the comics.
