How to Draw North Italy, Hetalia

PAASTA! I am obsessed with Hetalia, I am really waiting for a new episode. Here's the main character of Hetalia, Hetalia himself. I think he's imagining seeing pasta. Well I'm planning to do all of the 57(?) countries. Starting the main character to the supporting characters.
I drew this by MOUSE my awesome computer mouse, Kirby XD. I started to name him. Sorry if I have too little steps. I just skipped some right now. Well you can pause it.
