Well I’ve showed you how it draw a pampered cat, so this time I thought you might like a tutorial on how to draw a cool cat. Meet Sam – he’s a reeeal cool cat!

Step 1
Start with the guidelines for the head, draw an oval. The projections on the side are Sam’s cheeks. Sketch a bean shape for the body. Fill in the details and erase the guidelines.

Step 2
Using the paint bucket and pencil tools, colour in your cool cat with transparent colours.

Step 3
Use darker versions of colours for the shadows and apply them with the airbrush toolo. Highlights will be lighter versions of the base colours. Use the pencil tool for finer shading.

Step 4
Finish off by giving Sam a thick black outline with the pencil tool. You can also do a shadow underneath him.
