These are the eyes of Ichigo, Rukia, Ukitake, Byakuya, and Mayuri.
These are not their exact eye color, but please do not come rant on me like "Byakuya's eyes are more silver"
For Bleach-styled eyes, the top of the eye is rather thick. This how Tite Kubo expresses eye lashes.
Mayuri's eyes are shaped like a flat hexagon, so it is quite easy.
