I drew the eyes of Italy (Venezziano), Germany, Japan, Russia, and England...when he is mad.
France, China England (when he is not mad) and other characters usually follow the pattern of Russia or Italy's eyes. Germany's eyes can be used for Prussia and Germania. Japan has one of a kind eyes, so I had to put him on.
