How to Draw a Parrot

In this tutorial you will learn how to draw a parrot step by step.

Step 1
Start the guidelines with a circle for the head. Draw the beak a little larger than life – this will make the parrot look cortoony and unique.

Step 2
Add the rest of the details and erase the unneeded lines with white pencil. The paint bucket tool in conjunction with the pencil have been used to add the colour. The tail has been done by layering transparent green over a yellow base using the pencil too.

Step 3
I've put in shadows with the airbrush tool and a transparent black.
