Hey guys! ^w^ I didn't use my secondary account because my computer is broken and I had to use my 11-year old brother's computer and I forgot what my password is but my computer will probably get fixed next week. Anyway, here's a tutorial of chibi Hong Kong from Hetalia. Sorry for such a horrid and messy lineart! .< It's just that I don't like this program very much. :/ Maybe I'll stop drawing from this application. Oh well...
